Todd D. Otteson, MD, MPH, FACS, FAAP, is Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat surgery) and the James Arnold and Nancy and Tom Seitz Chair in Pediatric Otolaryngology at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital. He also sees patients at UH Twinsburg, University Suburban and Chagrin Highlands health centers. He is Associate Professor in the departments of Pediatrics and Otolaryngology at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
